• Language: Kurdish, Turkish, English, and Arabic
• Format: Word (.docx) or PDF
• Font: Calibri, 12 pt, 1.5-spacing
• Structure:
  • Title (bold, centered)
  • Author(s) Name(s) (affiliation, email)
  • Keywords (4–6 relevant terms)
  • Abstract Content: Clearly state the research problem, objectives, methodology, key findings (if available), and significance of the study.

• Language: Kurdish, Turkish, English, and Arabic

  • Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

Presentation Guidelines

• Format: Oral or Poster Presentation
• Oral Presentation: 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
• Poster Presentation: Standard A1 format (841 x 594 mm)

Review and Selection Process

• All abstracts and papers will undergo double-blind peer review.
• Authors will receive notification of acceptance/revision/rejection in due time.
• Accepted papers will be considered for publication in conference proceedings or a special journal issue.
